  2. applicant is aware of the fact that at the time of submission of financial bids for the offered thing, his rights and obligations are governed by terms and conditions applicable to the auction.
  3. applicant agrees that GR8 applicant has the right not to create a user account or if they cancel the account at any time, even without any reason.
  4. applicant has the right to cancel your user account through the website www.GR8auctions.cz or in writing. Upon the cancellation of a user account expires the applicant`s right to trade at auctions organized by GR8.
  5. applicant is aware of its responsibility for any misuse of its assigned credentials for a user account if you told these credentials third party or allow access to such data.
